Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant internship/OJT experience may be considered.
• Fresh graduates welcome; preferably 0-1 year of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support.
• Working knowledge of computer hardware, Windows operating systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts, including IP addressing, DNS, and internet/connectivity troubleshooting.
• Able to perform basic troubleshooting for login/access, hardware, software, printer, and network issues.
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems such as Freshservice or Zendesk is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills, with the ability to follow IT procedures and properly document incidents and resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 technical support for hardware, software, network, connectivity, login, and printer-related concerns.
• Receive, troubleshoot, document, and resolve user concerns through the ticketing system, email, or phone.
• Set up workstations, user accounts, and basic system configurations for end users.
• Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues to the appropriate higher-level support team.
• Maintain complete and accurate ticket records, including incidents, requests, troubleshooting performed, and resolutions.
• Assist with IT asset inventory, including tagging, monitoring, and updating equipment records.
• Perform routine IT maintenance and system checks to help maintain operational efficiency.
