Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/ICT or related field.
Knowledge of ticketing systems, networking, troubleshooting and technical support.
Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
Available to work onsite and open to rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

Provide email support for technical advisory and remote technical support services.
Address customer concerns and complaints on technical aspects of the product.
Strive to meet all metrics set by the Client.
Check the designated queue in Autotask for assigned tickets.
