Job summary

House of I.T is seeking an IT Support Engineer in Cebu to provide email and remote technical support, handle customer issues, and meet performance metrics. The role requires a BS in IT/CS/ICT or related fields, knowledge of ticketing systems, and willingness to work onsite on a rotating schedule.

The position offers onboarding with company benefits and opportunities for growth within a growing Australian IT services provider serving clients across Australasia, US, and Europe.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information and Communications Technology, or related fields.
• Knowledge or experience with ticketing systems, networking, troubleshooting, and technical support.
• Available to work onsite and willing to accept a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide email support for technical advisory and remote technical support services.
• Process and resolve concerns and complaints of customers on technical aspects of the product.
• Ensure to meet goals set for all metrics as required by the Client.
• Check the designated queue in Autotask to see if a ticket has been assigned to you.
• Update the ticket as soon as you work on it.
• Check pending tickets and make sure that it is completed within the specified Ticketing system.
• Make sure all troubleshooting steps are done and documented in Autotask for complete resolution
