Job summary

VBP is seeking an HR BusinessRelations Junior Associate to support HR operations, analyze People and Culture metrics, and assist with employee relations within a dynamic team in Cebu City. You will work closely with HR partners to align HR practices with business goals and participate in data-driven decision making.

The role covers performance management, engagement surveys, data management, and policy implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR or administrative roles (internships are an advantage).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Basic knowledge of HR principles and labor laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to HR analytics or HRIS systems (preferred).
• Experience in team member engagement or HR projects (preferred).
• Familiarity with local labor regulations (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support HR operations and provide input for management briefings.
• Analyze People and Culture metrics and assist with data reporting.
• Help resolve team member relations issues and research HR strategies.
• Consult with line managers and provide daily HR support.
• Assist with administration of HR processes such as reviews, promotions, and succession planning.
• Prepare materials for business reviews and leadership meetings.
• Champion Culture Amp for performance management and manage cycles.
• Coordinate and track PnC projects and reports.
• Update HR databases and generate HR metric reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to PnC policies and assist with policy rollout.
• Conduct exit interviews and manage exit surveys.
• Support talent management and development initiatives and track progression.
• Assist in analytics by providing data-driven insights for business decisions.
• Liaise with payroll, benefits, and recruitment to streamline HR policies.
• Assist in organizing HR events and initiatives.
• Serve as contact for HR-related queries from staff and managers.
• Support Wellness/Mind You programs and mental health initiatives.
