Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Junior Funding Manager to support the Funding Unit’s operations, including fund administration and cross-department coordination for day-to-day activities.

The role focuses on securing internal and external funding opportunities, ensuring accurate settlement with banks, and managing documentation for loan transactions and investor meetings. Growth and learning opportunities are provided within a diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Two-year experience in Banking or Finance specifically in Fund Administration, Account Management or Finance.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Accurate and detail conscious.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and timely settlement of funding transactions with bank counterparties.
• Perform bank account opening and updating / KYC process from various counterparties.
• Coordinate with BSP for submission of documentary requirements to support offshore loan transactions.
• Prepare documentation of loan interest payments to be forwarded to bank counterparties.
• Complete all loan documentation from bank counterparties.

Job description

The Junior Funding Manger assists in managing the operational activities of the Funding Unit, including among others, fund administration and management, and coordination with relevant departments for seamless execution of day-to-day activities.

The Junior Funding Mnager also helps identify and secure internal and external funding opportunities from a range of funding institutions.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure accuracy and timely settlement of funding transactions with bank counterparties
• Perform bank account opening and updating / KYC process from various counterparties
• Coordinate with BSP for periodic submission of complete documentary requirements to support offshore loan transactions.
• Prepare documentation of loan interest payments to be forwarded to bank counterparties. Ensure completion of documents prior sending to banks.
• Complete all loan documentation from bank counterparties
• Provide timely and accurate feedback to Headquarters regarding specific case-to-case reporting requirements
• Coordinate, communicate and negotiate with banks for premium rates on bank transactions involving, but not limited to, deposits/withdrawal of funds, credit facilities, investment, telegraphic transfers or other instruments
• Coordinate with Finance Department/Liquidity Team on Funding disbursements
• Provide support for the organization of funding-related investor meetings and events
• Build strong relationship with banks
• Monitor incoming and outgoing documents and file to appropriate folders .
• Perform other related functions as required from time to time.
