Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Field Coordinator to support the Late Collections team in backend operations. You will assist supervisors with visit monitoring, coordinate with departments on collection issues, and help implement processes and initiatives.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or those with 1–2 years of admin experience, comfortable with a 6-day work week, and proficient in MS Excel with strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or those with 1–2 years of administrative/clerical experience.
• Amenable to a 6-day work week.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Collections Admin is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving ability.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, reliable and independent.

Responsibilities

• Back-end support for day-to-day operations of Late Collections.
• Assist Supervisors by supervising their team through visit monitoring and file records.
• Coordinate with departments for collection-related issues.
• Support management in implementing Collections processes and initiatives.
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills and onboard new employees.

Job description

The Field Coordinator provides back-end support to day-to-day operations of Late Collections Team.

What You’ll Do:

• Supports Late Collections team on the needed documents and monitoring to achieve high performance collections includes

• Assist Late Collections Supervisors in supervising their team thru visit monitoring via geolocation checking and visit file record

• Coordinate with necessary departments/teams for collection related issues

• Supports management in the implementation of Collections process and initiatives/projects

• Participating in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge and sometimes training new employees.

What You Need to Have:

• Open to fresh graduates or those with 1-2 years of experience in administrative/clerical tasks

• Must be amenable working a 6-day work week

• Advance knowledge in MS Office especially in MS Excel

• Good communication skills both in written and oral

• Experience in Collections Admin

• Team player, Good Analytical thinking

• Problem Solver

• Self-motivated, self-disciplined, reliable and independent worker has good sense of control.
