Job summary

PlayTime Entertainment is seeking a corporate contracts lawyer to manage the company’s commercial transactions and draft, review contracts. You will identify and mitigate legal and contractual risks while ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Qualifications

Qualified lawyer licensed to practice in the Philippines.
1–3 years of corporate, transactional, or contracts experience.
Experience at a top-tier firm or in-house legal department of a multinational.
Strong English writing and communication skills.
Good ethics and integrity.

Responsibilities

Manage the company’s commercial transactions.
Draft, prepare, and review contracts.
Identify and mitigate legal and contractual risks.
Ensure business agreements comply with laws, government regulations, and internal policies.
Negotiate contracts and present alternative solutions when needed.
Manage complex transactions independently.
Provide general legal services and advice to the organization.
Build trusted advisor relationships with internal stakeholders.
Work closely with teams to balance business requirements and compliance standards.
Maintain ethical and professional contract practices.
