Job summary

Private Advertiser is recruiting a Corporate Legal Counsel to provide expert legal advice and ensure regulatory compliance across the organization. The role covers contract drafting and review, litigation handling, legal research, and advising internal stakeholders on legal risks and obligations.

The candidate will collaborate with internal departments to align operations with applicable laws and best practices, while overseeing the contract lifecycle and maintaining rigorous records.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Juris Doctor or equivalent law degree.
• Bar passage required to practice law in the Philippines.
• Minimum 3 years in corporate law or in-house/corporate law firm.
• Experience in healthcare industry is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, IP, employment law and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance to senior management and business units on contracts, compliance and risk.
• Anticipate legal issues, assess risks, and advise on mitigation strategies.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
• Coordinate with external counsel for litigation and disputes.
• Oversee contract lifecycle and maintain organized records of all correspondence.
