Job summary

Stafflink Express is seeking an experienced corporate legal professional in the Philippines to review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contractual agreements in a fast-paced environment. You will advise executives on legal and risk aspects and work with senior CLPs on complex deals.

The role requires strong negotiator skills, autonomy in handling high volumes of transactions, and expertise in technology-based contracts, IP, and data privacy considerations.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Filipino with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Minimum of 4 years in digital, consulting, systems integration, or outsourcing contracts.
• Experience negotiating IP and data privacy issues preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently structure, negotiate and close client transactions with autonomy while advising executives on legal risks.
• Strategize with senior CLPs and internal clients before client negotiations.
• Stay updated on developments affecting the company and its industries to inform transactional practices.
• Develop subject matter expertise in areas benefiting Legal and business and advise other CLPs accordingly.
• Contribute to internal guidelines, toolkits, and knowledge capital on legal and business issues.
• Support and promote Legal Group initiatives and embody contracting attributes like being tech-enabled and business-minded.
