About you

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from an accredited institution.
• Board‑certified lawyer (passed the Bar examination).
• 0–2 years of experience in corporate law, legal advisory, or general practice (fresh bar passers welcome).
• Solid understanding of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Willingness to handle both routine compliance and case coordination with external counsel.
