Qualifications

• J.D. or LL.B. degree required.
• Bar membership in good standing.
• Fresh Bar Passers encouraged to apply.
• Strong research, writing, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Philippine corporate and commercial law.
• Familiarity with SEC regulations and corporate housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise contracts and corporate documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare opinions.
• Assist with SEC filings, registrations, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain corporate records, including board resolutions.
• Coordinate with external counsel and government agencies.
