Job summary

PlayTime Entertainment is seeking a corporate contracts lawyer to manage the company’s commercial transactions and draft, review contracts. You will identify and mitigate legal and contractual risks while ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer licensed to practice in the Philippines.
• 1–3 years of corporate, transactional, or contracts experience.
• Experience at a top-tier firm or in-house legal department of a multinational.
• Strong English writing and communication skills.
• Good ethics and integrity.

• Lawyer and a member in good standing of the Philippine Bar.
• 1–3 years of solid experience as a Corporate, Transactional, or Contracts Lawyer.
• Experience gained from a top-tier law firm or an in-house legal department of a multinational or multicultural corporation.
• Strong legal writing and English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of professional ethics and integrity.
• Ability to manage complex transactions independently.
• Understanding of contracting and risk issues in the gaming industry is an advantage.
• Ability to build trusted advisor relationships and work well with a team.
