Job summary

Savills Singapore Pte Ltd seeks a corporate/commercial lawyer to draft, review and negotiate contracts, including tenders and vendor agreements. You will support corporate secretarial tasks, ensure compliance with approvals, and coordinate with delivery teams on key obligations.

The role requires practical, business-minded legal advice, solid drafting skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of matters in a lean team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' PQE in commercial or corporate work.
• In-house and real estate, construction or facilities management experience an advantage.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills; clear, practical advice to non-lawyers.
• Commercially-minded; problem-solver.
• Organised, proactive and discreet; manages high volume of matters and deadlines in a lean team.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate routine and lower-risk contracts; escalate matters with a risk summary.
• Review tenders and awarded contracts and hand over obligations to delivery teams.
• Maintain templates; administer contract register and flag key dates.
• Ensure signing per delegation of authority.
• Provide practical legal advice to business units; triage requests and escalate high-risk issues.
