Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a System Analyst to maintain our systems, investigate support issues, and collaborate with users and analysts to implement new features.

You will respond to technical requests, troubleshoot, gather data for root cause analysis, and deliver timely technical solutions. The role requires strong SQL/BI skills, documentation, and stakeholder communication to improve processes and system functionalities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a System Analyst role with collaboration between business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience creating process flows, diagrams, process maps, etc.
• Experience documenting system changes/versions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of SQL or relational databases and reporting tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiar with project documentation tools such as Confluence, Jira, Word, and alike.
• Strong IT knowledge and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to requests for technical assistance via collection tickets and gather details.
• Conduct investigations, troubleshoot, and gather data to identify root causes.
• Provide technical solutions within an acceptable timeframe or escalate to IT.
• Communicate findings with business partners and document resolutions.
• Perform unit testing, system configuration, and deploy changes in production.
• Extract data from various sources for validation and monitoring of processes.
• Maintain knowledge of existing processes and system functionalities for task completion.
• Participate in technical discussions, attend team meetings, and contribute inputs.
• Provide recommendations to improve processes and enhance system functionalities
