Qualifications

• Facilitate requirements walkthroughs with stakeholders, SMEs, and project teams.
• Develop adoption materials and user guides, policies, and procedures.
• Communicate clearly and coordinate with stakeholders; SDLC experience preferred.

About the role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Junior Business Analyst.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, consolidate, and analyze Business User Requirements (BUR) from stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

• Facilitate requirements walkthroughs with stakeholders, SMEs, and project teams

• Prepare and maintain detailed business requirements documentation

• Evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement

• Develop and update L4 processes and cascade changes to impacted teams

• Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify and resolve business requirements issues

• Support requirements traceability to technical and testing artifacts

• Manage requirements related to change requests

• Create and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test scripts and sessions

• Develop adoption materials such as User Guides, Policies & Procedures, Video Tutorials, and communications

About you

• College Graduate, preferably IT-related course

• At least 1 year of actual and continuous Business Analyst experience

• With actual SDLC experience

• Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong stakeholder coordination and facilitation skills

• Knowledge of Business Analysis best practices

• Experience in Change Management and Issue Resolution

• Telecom industry experience is an advantage
