Job summary

OPEN INNOVATION INC. in Metro Manila is seeking a proactive Business Analyst to gather and analyze business and system requirements, and translate them into actionable specs.

You will conduct stakeholder meetings, prepare BRDs and user stories, and coordinate with developers to support testing and implementation.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in business analysis, solid documentation skills, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
