Job summary

Herohub Solutions Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst with 2–3 years of relevant experience to bridge business needs and technology solutions within our growing team in the Philippines.

Responsibilities include gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements; reviewing client needs and proposed changes; preparing BRD, SOW, and acceptance criteria; facilitating meetings with clients and SMEs; translating requirements into functional specs, and supporting testing and implementation in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience working with application development projects.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
