Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams, leading requirements management, process analysis, solution design, and user acceptance activities.
• Lead requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions with cross-functional teams and senior business leaders.
• Analyze, document, and validate business requirements, current-state processes, and future-state operating models.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and testable acceptance criteria.
• Govern requirements throughout the project lifecycle to maintain consistency, traceability, and alignment.
• Develop and maintain business process maps, data flows, source-to-target mappings, and reporting relationships.
• Define KPI frameworks, business metrics, calculation logic, dimensions, filters, exception handling rules, and data-quality standards.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including planning, test strategy, test case development, defect management, and business sign-off.
• Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, architecture, and project delivery teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to business analysis best practices, standards, and capability development.

About you

• Proven experience leading business analysis activities across multiple initiatives and stakeholder groups
• Experience working within Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies
