Job summary

Cardinal Health International Philippines Inc. in Taguig, Philippines, is seeking a Business Analyst to independently analyze moderately complex challenges and translate requirements.

You will partner with stakeholders to design future-state processes, document BRDs/FRDs, and support adoption and change management across the organization. Responsibilities include eliciting requirements, performing process/data analysis, and supporting sprint planning and UAT.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree in related field; (BS Industrial Engineering, BS Business Administration preferred).
• Solid understanding of project management principles (Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery models).
• Intermediate to advanced process and data analysis skills (process mapping, VSM, Time and Motion; Benefit Quantification).
• Strong stakeholder coordination, good communication and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

Job description

The Business Analyst independently analyzes moderately complex business challenges and opportunities. This role partners closely with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements, evaluate processes, and support the delivery of solutions that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes. The Business Analyst also supports solution adoption, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business and functional requirements

• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement validation sessions

• Analyze current-state processes and support future-state process design

• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents, user stories, and process maps

• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT

• Manage requirement changes and traceability

• Monitor the performance of solutions deployed post Go-live and provide analysis to the end-users

• Facilitate onboarding training for new users and refresher sessions for existing users of enterprise productivity and workflow tools

Qualifications

Required Experience & Skills

• 2 – 4 years of Business Analysis experience

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience; (BS Industrial Engineering, BS Business Administration preferred)

• Solid understanding of project management principles (Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery models) required

• Intermediate to advanced Process and Data analysis skills (process mapping, VSM, Time and Motion Study, Benefit Quantification) required

• Strong stakeholder coordination skills, good communication and exhibits critical thinking skills

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt required, Green belt preferred

• Basic to Intermediate Data Analytics skills

• Familiarity in using BI Tools such as Power BI and Tableau
