IT Managers, Inc. is seeking a mid-level Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements in a collaborative environment in Metro Manila.
You will translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and work with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful implementation. The role requires experience in SDLC, agile/waterfall methodologies, and conducting UAT.
Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and pain points.
Translate business requirements into clear and detailed functional requirements and specifications.
Conduct requirements gathering sessions, interviews, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with technical teams, developers, QA, and project stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and properly implemented.
Clarify requirements and provide functional support throughout the development and implementation lifecycle.
Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, validating results, and coordinating with business users.
Track and manage requirements, issues, changes, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant Business Analyst experience.
Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation.
Experience creating business and functional requirements documentation.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to understand business processes and translate them into clear system requirements.
Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
Experience with UAT and functional testing.
