Job summary

RELX INC is seeking a Business Analyst in Manila to back the Director of Business Analysis in designing and delivering AI-enabled workflows across operations. You will map processes, elicit requirements, and collaborate with tech and operations teams to improve efficiency and quality.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, change management, and responsible AI use within human-in-the-loop processes. A bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years’ experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or operations.
• 2–5 years in business analysis, process improvement, or digital transformation.
• Experience in regulated or controlled environments is preferred.
• Hands-on with process redesign and automation using AI or workflow tools.
• Strong data interpretation and practical solution skills.
• Familiarity with agentic and AI-enabled systems.
• Willingness to learn enterprise AI tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate into insights.
