Job summary

RELX INC is seeking a Business Analyst in Iloilo City, Philippines, to support the Director of Business Analysis in designing and implementing agentic, AI-enabled workflows across operations. The role demands strong analytical and process improvement skills and a curiosity about AI and automation.

You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and design solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability while ensuring effective human-in-the-loop collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or Operations.
• Two to five years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or digital transformation.
• Experience or knowledge in legal, content, or operational environments is preferred.
• Hands-on experience supporting process redesign and automation using AI, low-code, or workflow tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and propose practical solutions.
• Understanding of agentic and AI-enabled systems and interest in AI-driven transformation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions that enable AI and automation.
• Analyze and map processes across operations to identify inefficiencies and propose improvement opportunities.
• Support the design of agentic workflows that combine automation and human oversight.
• Collaborate with technology and operational teams to implement solutions that improve efficiency and quality.
• Support change management and adoption of new technologies within human-in-the-loop processes.
