Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets; strong attention to detail.
• Experience with Oracle Netsuite or similar accounting software a plus.
• Team player who can work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling and monitoring accounts such as bank accounts, accounts receivable, prepayments, inventories, accounts payables, and income statement accounts.
• Assist in inventory of records and monitor the completeness of documents.
• Assist and support billing and collection related activities.
• Additional duties as directed by the Senior Accountant.
