Job summary

WCK Global Services Inc. in Manila is seeking an accounting support professional to assist Senior Accountants with bookkeeping, maintaining general ledgers, monitoring accounts, billing, and preparing financial reports.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience, a finance/accountancy degree, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and attention to detail. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and the incumbent will work under supervision in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in the related field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong written and oral communication; proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets; detail oriented.
• Experience in Oracle NetSuite or any accounting software is a plus.
• Team player but able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Deadline oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling and monitoring accounts such as bank accounts, receivables, prepayments, inventories, payables, and income statement accounts.
• Assist in inventory of records and monitor document completeness.
• Assist and support billing and collection activities.
• Additional duties as directed by Senior Accountant.
