Job summary

Keyland Corporation in Makati is seeking an Accounting role to manage monthly invoices, ledger maintenance, tax compliance, and reporting. You will interact with clients and suppliers and support audits within a busy finance team.

The position requires a BS in Accountancy, CPA is a plus, and strong analytical, communication, and multitasking abilities to ensure accurate financial records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in BS - Accountancy.
• CPA is an advantage with at least 2 years of work experience.
• Should have strong analytical and planning skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Must have the ability to multi-task

Responsibilities

• Prepare Monthly Sales Invoices.
• Maintain General Ledger and handle bookkeeping responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance and manage business permits.
• Prepare tax returns.
• Record daily income/sales and daily journal entries.
• Communicate with clients and suppliers via phone, email, and in-person.
• Compile monthly reports.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules.
• Assist in audits, fact checks and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide support to the Accounting Department.
