Job summary

Clark Outsourcing is seeking a Junior Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of distributor accounts. You will maintain ongoing contact with clients, deliver top-notch service, and drive growth through proactive account management.

The role requires 2–3 years in account management or customer service, excellent English, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. Onsite in Clark Pampanga, with collaboration across teams and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in account management or customer service.
• Strong written and spoken English and clear communication.
• Detail-oriented with professional negotiation skills.
• Experience with B2B sales, promotional products, or branding is a plus.
• Experience working with distributor or reseller networks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow your own portfolio of distributor accounts.
• Maintain regular contact via calls, emails, and meetings.
• Deliver exceptional service to build loyalty and repeat business.
• Identify opportunities to expand accounts and engagement.
• Assist with proposals, quotes, and product recommendations.
• Help bring branding ideas to life and guide clients from enquiry to delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams and freight partners for smooth execution.
• Resolve challenges with professionalism and confidence.
