Job summary

Clark Outsourcing is seeking an Account Manager to manage key client relationships and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery of products and services. The role is onsite, requiring strong communication and organizational skills.

You will serve as the primary contact for clients, monitor account activities, and prepare regular reports while identifying opportunities for growth and improved service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 2 years in Account Management or related roles.
• Experience with B2B clients is preferred.
• Strong client relationship and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
• Serve as primary contact for client inquiries and concerns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Monitor account activities, orders, projects, and deliverables.
• Prepare regular account updates and performance summaries.
• Identify opportunities to improve client experience and account growth.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address issues.
