Job summary

Clark Outsourcing is seeking a Junior Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of distributor accounts. You will maintain ongoing contact with clients, deliver top-notch service, and drive growth through proactive account management.

The role requires 2–3 years in account management or customer service, excellent English, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. Onsite in Clark Pampanga, with collaboration across teams and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in account management or customer service.
• Strong written and spoken English and clear communication.
• Detail-oriented with professional negotiation skills.
• Experience with B2B sales, promotional products, or branding is a plus.
• Experience working with distributor or reseller networks.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and grow your own portfolio of distributor accounts

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2–3 years’ experience in account management or customer service
• Must have excellent written and verbal English, with clear communication skills
• Must exhibit strong attention to detail
• Confidence in handling challenging conversations across a range of communication channels (email, phone, and face-to-face)
• Empathetic approach with solid negotiation skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Excellent organisation and multitasking ability
• Adaptability in a fast-changing environment
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus)
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
