Job summary

You’ll manage a portfolio of distributor accounts, stay in touch through calls and meetings, and deliver exceptional service to secure loyalty and recurring business.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in account management or customer service, excellent English, sharp attention to detail, and hands-on experience with CRMs like Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in account management or customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Confident in handling conversations across email, phone, and face-to-face.
• Empathetic approach with solid negotiation skills.
• Experience working with offshore or AU/NZ clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow your own portfolio of distributor accounts.
• Maintain regular contact via calls, emails, and meetings.
• Deliver exceptional service to build loyalty and repeat business.
• Identify opportunities to expand accounts and engagement.
• Assist with proposals, quotes, and product recommendations.
• Contribute branding ideas and creative concepts to client briefs.
• Guide clients from inquiry to final delivery with a consultative approach.
• Collaborate with internal teams and freight partners for smooth execution.
