Job summary

The Lead Tree - Clark Outsourcing is seeking a driven Junior Account Manager to handle a portfolio of distributor accounts onsite in Clark Pampanga. You will maintain regular client contact, deliver top‑tier service, and collaborate with freight partners to ensure smooth deliveries.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in account management or customer service, excellent English, and strong negotiation and relationship skills. This role offers growth within a collaborative, fast‑paced team.

• 2–3 years in account management or customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal English with clear communication.

• Confident handling of conversations across channels (email, phone, face‑to‑face).
