Job summary

Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation (FELCO) is hiring a Junior Sales Development Officer in the Bicol Region to identify new business opportunities and revive inactive accounts within General Trade, contribute to meeting sales and collection targets.

You will manage territory coverage, prospect, merchandise, and promotions, build customer relationships, and ensure proper handling of sales documents and timely collections; a degree in Business or Engineering and 1–2 years of sales

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Business or Engineering course.
• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Valid motorcycle license required.

Responsibilities

• Acquires new accounts and reactivates inactive ones under General Trade.
• Meets sales targets through negotiation and Basic Call Procedure.
• Strengthens relationships with active and inactive customers to improve engagement and sales growth.
• Manages territory coverage, prospecting, merchandising and promotions.
• Handles sales documents, ensures timely collections and compliance with credit terms.

As a Junior Sales Development Officer, you will identify new business opportunities and revive inactive accounts within your assigned area, ensuring they meet sales and collection targets.

Other responsibilities include:

• Acquires new accounts and reactivates inactive ones to expand FELCO’s reach under the General Trade Sales Channel.
• Achieves sales targets through effective negotiation and adherence to the Basic Call Procedure within the assigned region.
• Strengthens customer relationships - both active and inactive to improve engagement and support sustained sales growth.
• Manages territory coverage, prospecting, merchandising, and promotions while maximizing use of tools and resources.
• Ensures proper handling of sales documents, timely and accurate collections, and compliance with credit terms.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Graduate of a Business or Engineering course
• Preferably with 1-2 years of sales experience and a valid motorcycle license.
