Job summary

Swak BPO Corp in Clark Freeport Zone, Angeles City, Philippines, is seeking a Jr. Corporate Recruiter to join our growing team.

You will source, screen, and assess candidates across channels, collaborate with hiring teams, schedule interviews, and help build a strong talent pipeline.

This on-site role offers opportunities to work with international clients, growth prospects, and benefits such as HMO and company-provided meals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 1 year of recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles across different levels.
• Exposure to high-volume or specialized recruiting is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management.
