Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 1 year of recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles across different levels.
• Exposure to high-volume or specialized recruiting is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and assess candidates using multiple recruitment channels.
• Collaborate closely with hiring teams to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless process for both candidates and stakeholders.
