Swak BPO Corp., one of the fastest-growing BPO centers in the Clark Freeport Zone, is seeking a Jr. Corporate Recruiter to join our team in Angeles City, Pampanga.

You will source, screen, and assess candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and more, while collaborating with hiring teams to define role requirements and priorities. In this role you will coordinate interviews, maintain a robust talent pipeline, and uphold our professional brand in all candidate interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 1 year of recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles across different levels.
• Exposure to high-volume or specialized recruiting is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsabilités

• Source, screen, and assess candidates using multiple recruitment channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
• Collaborate with hiring teams to understand role requirements and priorities.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates and stakeholders.
• Represent the company brand with professionalism in all interactions.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
