Swak BPO Corp. is a growing BPO center in the Clark Freeport Zone seeking a Jr. Corporate Recruiter to join our team in Angeles City. This on-site role focuses on sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining a robust talent pipeline to support hiring needs.

You will collaborate with hiring teams, represent our brand professionally, and contribute to a high-volume, dynamic recruitment environment. A bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of recruiting experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 1 year of recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing and hiring for multiple roles across levels.
• Exposure to high-volume or specialized recruiting is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Source, screen, and assess candidates using multiple recruitment channels.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to understand role requirements and priorities.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates and stakeholders.
• Represent the company brand professionally in candidate interactions.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
