Career Support Associate – US Healthcare

Job Summary
As a Career Support Associate, you will support job seekers throughout their job search journey by identifying suitable opportunities, improving resumes and profiles, coordinating interviews, and facilitating successful job placements.
You will communicate with both U.S. healthcare employers and job seekers through phone calls, email, and SMS. The role requires someone who is confident in communication, opportunity-focused, and comfortable making multiple outbound calls to match qualified candidates with available opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Job Seeker Support
- Review candidate profiles and resumes submitted by job seekers.
- Identify suitable job openings based on candidates' qualifications, experience, and career goals.
- Recommend improvements to resumes and candidate profiles to increase their chances of being considered.
- Explain employer requirements, qualifications, and application processes to job seekers.
- Assist candidates throughout the interview and placement process.
Employer & Interview Support
- Coordinate interview schedules between employers and job seekers.
- Assist employers with interview scheduling when necessary.
- Regularly provide qualified and competent candidates to employers.
- Maintain effective communication with candidates and employers to facilitate successful placements.
- Maximize interview opportunities and job placements through the Jobley portal.
Communication & Placement Support
- Conduct multiple outbound calls to job seekers and employers for job-matching opportunities.
- Address candidate and employer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring a positive candidate and client experience.
- Identify opportunities to increase successful interviews and placements.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a contact center environment, whether voice or non-voice, and/or customer care operations.
- Excellent conversational English communication costs, both verbal and written.
- Willing to conduct multiple outbound calls to candidates and employers.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to understand the needs of both U.S. healthcare employers and applicants.
- Comfortable handling multiple stakeholders and coordinating different schedules and requirements.
- Opportunity-focused mindset with a strong focus on customer and client satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of solid sales experience in a U.S. RPO setting, OR
- At least 6 months of experience in volume hiring or seasonal recruitment.
- Candidates without direct RPO or recruitment experience may also be considered if they demonstrate:
- Excellent objection-handling skills
- Strong conversational and persuasion skills
- Confidence in managing and controlling conversations
- Ability to identify opportunities and successfully navigate challenging conversations
