Responsibilities

• Process visa applications by collecting and scrutinizing documents.
• Maintain accurate data entry and timely processing within Turn Around Time.
• Assist applicants via in-person, email, and phone channels with queries and guidance.
• Inform applicants about Value-Added Services and facilitate delivery.
• Handle cash/bank transactions following procedures.
• Coordinate delivery logistics to consulates, applicants, and logistic partners.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and ABMS policies; support the Deputy/Operations Manager on World Bank projects.
