Responsabilités

• Assist applicants via in-person, email, and phone channels with queries and guidance.
• Inform applicants about Value-Added Services and facilitate delivery.
• Handle cash/bank transactions following procedures.
• Coordinate delivery logistics to consulates, applicants, and logistic partners.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and ABMS policies; support the Deputy/Operations Manager on World Bank projects.

Job Overview

The Executive - Operations will be responsible for supporting the visa application process and managing operational aspects of Visa Application Centers (VACs), ensuring compliance and efficiency in all operations.

Education - Graduate/ Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or has completed a minimum of 12 years of formal education.

Experience - 1-2 years of experience in relevant field.

Visa Application Processing

• Scrutinize and collect visa application documents for processing.
• Record and maintain all application data, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the system without errors.
• Ensure timely completion of the visa application process within the specified Turn Around Time. Customer Service and Support
• Attend customer/applicant queries through various channels, including in person, email, and telephone.
• Inform applicants about available Value-Added Services and facilitate their delivery to customers.
• Encourage applicants to provide feedback on services and experiences at the application center.
• Handle cash and bank transactions accurately, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
• Manage delivery logistics to consulates, applicants, and logistic companies.
• Maintain strict compliance with standard operating procedures and manuals, ensuring consistency in processes.
• Support the Deputy Manager/Operations Manager in executing World Bank projects. Training New Hires and taking responsibilities in the absence of the DM's/Managers Sustainability:
• Promote judicious use of natural resources.
• Adhere to the organization's environment, health, and safety policies, objectives, and guidelines.
• Follow the ABMS roles and responsibilities details as prescribed on the ABMS manual. a. Understanding of ethical standards and the importance of integrity in business practices.
