Job summary

Bosch Group is seeking an IT Service Desk Associate (Japanese Speaker) to provide first-level IT support for a global team in Taguig, Philippines. You will record, diagnose and resolve user incidents via phone, email or chat and leverage the knowledge base daily.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of IT Service Desk experience, excellent Japanese skills (B2-C1), strong workplace IT knowledge, and the ability to work on-day shift on-site. This 1-year contract is handled through an agency.

Qualifications

• Japanese language proficiency at B2-C1 level.
• Minimum 6 months experience in IT Service Desk.
• General IT knowledge with focus on workplace IT.
• On-site, day-shift work availability.
• Willingness to start ASAP.

Responsibilities
