Job summary

3M is seeking an entry-level to early-career Credit & Collections Associate in Manila to support billing, dunning, and collection tasks using Salesforce and SAP. You will handle customer phone inquiries, emails, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues while maintaining strong relationships with assigned customers.

Under general supervision, this role focuses on individual accuracy, day-to-day operations, and KPI/ SLA attainment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Service, Finance, or IT in local companies.
• Basic knowledge of customer service/Finance disciplines.
• Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, portals, CRM tools, and MS Office such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge in the English and Japanese languages (Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Listening) are required.

Responsibilities

• Performs billing, dunning, and collection tasks handling using Salesforce case and SAP.
• Handling customer phone inquiries.
• Handling email correspondence.
• Communicates proactively with internal teams and customers regarding the issues.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure Credit & Collection and resolve queries.
• Reconciliation work.
• Builds relationships with assigned customers.
• Has a follow-up meeting with the Japan team once a week.
• Prepare summary reports for internal stakeholders.
• Performs administrative tasks as needed.
• Analyzes and recommends alternatives to meet customer or account needs.
• Applies customer service, issue resolution, and problem-solving skills.
