Key Responsibilities

• Oversight of HR and General Affairs Operations
• Recruitment and hiring
• Performance evaluations and promotion management
• Handling warnings and disciplinary actions
• Planning and organizing company events
• Labor Environment and Policy Management
• Revising and updating the Employee Handbook/Labor Manual to ensure a proper work environment
