Job summary

You will perform in-depth research using LexisNexis and other sources, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate clearly with stakeholders. A 2+ year BPO background and strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years college completed; no incomplete units.
• Minimum 2 years BPO experience (technical, Sales, Finance, or Legal background a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust-based relationships across levels.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and deductive reasoning abilities.
• Ability to think critically and identify root causes and trends.
• Ability to work with leadership teams and cross-functional groups.
• Flexible with schedule and highly collaborative.
• Curious and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
• Must be in current role for 1 year; no disciplinary actions in the past 12 months; no attendance issues.

Responsibilities

• Locate and verify individuals’ professional and biographical details using approved research sources.
• Locate, review, and retrieve U.S. court docket information through LexisNexis and U.S.-based government websites.
• Assist customers by telephone and written communication with service, support, and research inquiries.
• Conduct in-depth research using LexisNexis tools and apply sound judgment to identify effective approaches.
• Capture customer requirements and maintain requests and documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide clear, professional communication, set expectations, and provide updates until resolution.
• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned requests and ensure follow-through.
• Escalate system issues after troubleshooting and collaborate with relevant teams.
• Use approved AI-enabled tools responsibly to support workflows while protecting information.
