Job summary

PatentSight in the Philippines is seeking a Bilingual Research & Analytics Analyst to conduct web-based research on technology-driven entities and validate patent data by assigning ownership and verifying legality and lifetime.

You will act as the Japanese expert, handling Japanese records, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with US and international teams to meet SLAs and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• JLPT N1 certification required.
• Reading proficiency in Kanji and Hiragana.
• Experience in research and data quality.
• Ability to work independently with global teams.
• Willingness to learn AI tools for workflows.

Responsibilities

• Process patent records, primarily in Japanese.
• Answer Japanese-related patent questions from Harmonization Team.
• Ensure data quality and accurate ownership determination.
• Validate/update customer information in Harmonizer Tool.
• Meet productivity targets and communicate task status to stakeholders.
