Job summary

IBM Learning Practitioner – Japanese bilingual in Quezon City, NCR, Philippines. The role sits in IBM Consulting's Client Innovation Center, delivering end-to-end learning administration for a global client base, supporting course creation in the LMS, roster management, and proactive communications to learners and instructors.

You will work with instructors, learners and learning teams, ensuring SLA adherence, reporting, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Amenable to working in shifting/night schedule.
• Basic computer and internet navigation skills.
• ERP working experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Learning courses in the client LMS.
• Coordinate classes, with start/end dates, location and instructor details.
• Roster management: register/cancel class enrollments.
• Notify employees via email about upcoming classes and instructions.
• Produce and share evaluation reports from surveys.
