Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; HR/related field preferred.
• Experience in a BPO or similar fast-paced setting is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills, verbal and written.
• Basic computer skills and internet navigation proficiency.
• Amenable to working in shifting/night schedules.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and related tools.
• Proficient Korean language skills ( Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening ).

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end learning administration for client projects.
• Create and manage Learning courses in the client LMS.
• Roster management for classes, registrations, and sessions.
• Provide learner support and prepare evaluation summaries.
