IBM Learning Practitioner – Japanese bilingual in Quezon City, NCR, Philippines. The role sits in IBM Consulting's Client Innovation Center, delivering end-to-end learning administration for a global client base, supporting course creation in the LMS, roster management, and proactive communications to learners and instructors.

You will work with instructors, learners and learning teams, ensuring SLA adherence, reporting, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.Your role and responsibilitiesThe Learning function is a part of the broader HR Services and is primarily focused towards managing End to End Learning administration for the client to deliver the training in all areas across all regions on the project. Learning Admins will assist the instructors, learners, learning teams etc via delivering admistrative tasks. The activities includes but not limited to:- Creating and managing Learning courses in the client Learning Management System, based on the request received from the client approved requesters.- Creating and managing Class/sessions, with a specific start and End date & time, Location, Instructor etc... to deliver the Course content effectively, based on the request received from the client approved requesters.- Roster Management: Managing the Registration/Cancellation for the classes.- Notifying the employees through various communications (email) on the upcoming classes which they have registered for (eg: Registration notification, Joining Instruction, Leader Communication etc...)- Responsibilities may include management of pre-, in-, and post session activities and duties- Triggering feedback survey for the classes completed- Processing the Completion credit for the Learners attending the class based on the allocated hours of the session- Preparing and sharing the evaluation summary report for the class conducted based on the survey result provided by the participants- Providing standard Learning Reports based on the request received- Handling the Learning related queries received through client approved channels- Establish clear understanding of the Learning process flow and related activities- Strictly follow the Learning Admin process map, procedures and job aids to execute the assigned requests appropriately- Strict adherence to the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)- Ensure quality compliance as per the defined standard Global process model- Follows through on commitments and takes responsibility for results; effectively prioritizes assignments; identifies and reports barriers and issues to Supervisor including responding to emails and enquires in a timely manner- Assists with client initiatives and other projects as assigned- Ensures client organizational policies and processes are followed- Timely communication with clients or stakeholders or key dependencies for any required information related to request or any problems encounteredRequired educationBachelor's DegreePreferred educationBachelor's DegreeRequired technical and professional expertiseCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, preferably Human Resources or equivalentSimilar work experience especially in a BPO or similar fast-paced settingGood English Communication(verbal & non verbal)SkillsBasic computer and internet navigation skillsAmenable to working in shifting/night scheduleBasic MS ExcelPreferred technical and professional experienceERP working experienceAbility to prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities and tight deadlinesHighly organized, analytical, results-oriented and has keen on details\"### ABOUT BUSINESS UNITIBM Consulting is IBM’s consulting and global professional services business, with market leading capabilities in business and technology transformation.
