Job summary

Responsibilities

• Create and manage learning courses in the client LMS with approved requests.
• Schedule classes with start/end dates, location, and instructor.
• Roster management: register/cancel classes and notify participants.
• Communicate upcoming classes and issues to employees via email.
• Handle pre-, in-, and post-session activities and duties.
• Trigger feedback surveys and process completion credits for learners.
• Prepare and share evaluation summaries based on survey results.
• Provide standard learning reports and resolve learner queries per SLA.
