SHANGHAI PHARMA PHILIPPINES INC. seeks an experienced IVD Sales & Business Development Manager to drive sales, expand market presence, and manage key accounts in hospitals, diagnostic labs, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
You will develop commercial strategies, lead field teams, build lasting relationships, and translate clinical needs into effective diagnostic solutions, with regular travel and a hybrid work setup.
We are looking for an experienced IVD Sales & Business Development Manager to drive the sales, business development, and market expansion of our In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) products.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies, managing key customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening relationships with hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, independent clinics, and other healthcare institutions.
This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong knowledge of the IVD or laboratory diagnostics market, an established healthcare network, and proven experience in sales, business development, and team leadership.
Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies for the company's IVD product portfolio.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's overall revenue and market growth objectives.
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, clinics, and other healthcare institutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, laboratory managers, medical technologists, purchasing teams, and other relevant stakeholders.
Manage and expand existing accounts while continuously developing new customer accounts.
Conduct product presentations, business meetings, product demonstrations, and customer engagements.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate diagnostic solutions based on their operational and clinical needs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, customer requirements, and industry developments.
Develop account plans and business strategies for key customers and target markets.
Coordinate with internal teams to support product implementation, customer requirements, after-sales support, and issue resolution.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence for management.
Lead, supervise, coach, or coordinate sales activities and field personnel as required.
Maintain accurate customer and sales information and ensure timely follow-up on business opportunities.
Represent the company professionally in customer meetings, industry events, conferences, and other business activities.
Perform other sales and business development activities as may be assigned by management.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Medical Technology, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in IVD, laboratory diagnostics, medical devices, healthcare products, or a related industry.
Previous experience in a supervisory, managerial, or team-lead capacity is required.
Strong understanding of the IVD, laboratory diagnostics, or medical device market.
Established network and relationships with hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, clinics, or other healthcare institutions is highly preferred.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business accounts.
Strong business development, negotiation, presentation, account management, and client relationship skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities.
Willingness to conduct regular field visits and client meetings.
Willing to work under a hybrid arrangement: 1–2 days office-based and 3 days field-based per week.
Willing to travel as required for customer visits and business activities.
