The role focuses on promoting in-vitro diagnostics, core clinical laboratory products, laboratory equipment, medical devices, and other healthcare solutions to hospitals, laboratories, clinics, and diagnostic centers.

Biosite Medical Instruments, Inc. is looking for a driven, customer-focused, and results-oriented Medical Sales Representative to manage and expand healthcare accounts across the Caraga Region.
The successful candidate will promote the company’s in-vitro diagnostics (IVD), core clinical laboratory products, laboratory equipment, medical devices, and other healthcare solutions to hospitals, laboratories, diagnostic centers, clinics, and other healthcare institutions.
Applicants who are currently residing in Caraga or nearby areas and have relevant medical or healthcare sales experience are highly encouraged to apply.
Promote and sell IVD products, core clinical laboratory solutions, laboratory equipment, medical devices, and other healthcare-related products.
Achieve assigned sales targets and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Manage, maintain, and grow existing client accounts while actively acquiring new customers.
Build strong professional relationships with doctors, pathologists, medical technologists, laboratory heads, hospital administrators, purchasing officers, procurement personnel, and other key decision-makers.
Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, product presentations, sales calls, follow-ups, and account-development activities.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Provide responsive customer service, account support, and after-sales coordination to maintain client satisfaction and business continuity.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding product availability, deliveries, installation requirements, technical concerns, and after-sales services.
Monitor market developments, customer needs, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities within the territory.
Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, account updates, forecasts, client visit reports, and other required documentation.
Represent the company professionally during client meetings, product demonstrations, exhibits, and other business activities.
Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Medical Laboratory Science, Nursing, Biology, Pharmacy, Respiratory Therapy, Radiologic Technology, or another allied health or science-related course.
Preferably with one (1) to three (3) years of sales experience in any of the following:
In-vitro diagnostics or core clinical laboratory products
Laboratory equipment or medical devices
Pharmaceutical or healthcare products
Hospital, laboratory, clinic, or diagnostic-center accounts
Experience or exposure to laboratory operations, diagnostic testing, clinical laboratory workflows, or healthcare account management is an advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented, customer-focused, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel throughout the Caraga Region and nearby areas as required.
Familiarity with the healthcare and laboratory market in Caraga is an advantage.
Must currently reside in Caraga or a nearby area.
Must know how to drive a car and possess a valid driver's license.
