Biosite Medical Instruments, Inc. is looking for a motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused Medical Sales Representative to manage, develop, and grow healthcare accounts within Capiz and Aklan.
This role is best suited for candidates with an allied healthcare background and proven medical sales experience, particularly in in-vitro diagnostics, core clinical laboratory products, laboratory equipment, medical devices, hospital supplies, pharmaceutical products, or other healthcare-related industries.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting Biosite’s IVD, core clinical laboratory, laboratory, and healthcare solutions to hospitals, diagnostic centers, laboratories, clinics, and other healthcare institutions while maintaining strong professional relationships with key decision-makers.
Promote and sell in-vitro diagnostics, core clinical laboratory products, laboratory equipment, medical devices, and other healthcare-related solutions to hospitals, laboratories, diagnostic centers, clinics, and other healthcare institutions.
Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and account development objectives within Capiz and Aklan territory.
Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities among hospitals, laboratories, diagnostic centers, clinics, and institutional healthcare accounts.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, laboratory heads, medical technologists, pathologists, hospital administrators, purchasing officers, procurement officers, and other key decision-makers.
Conduct regular field visits, product presentations, client follow-ups, and account development activities.
Manage assigned accounts and ensure excellent customer service, after-sales coordination, and client satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding product availability, delivery schedules, quotations, technical concerns, customer requirements, installation support, and service support.
Monitor customer needs, market trends, competitor activities, business opportunities, and territory developments.
Prepare and submit sales reports, account updates, forecasts, itineraries, customer visit reports, and other required documentation.
Support business development, market expansion, and customer retention initiatives within the assigned area.
Graduate of Medical Technology, Medical Laboratory Science, Nursing, or any allied healthcare-related course.
With proven medical sales experience in in-vitro diagnostics, core clinical laboratory products, laboratory equipment, medical devices, hospital supplies, pharmaceutical products, or other healthcare-related industries.
Experience handling hospitals, laboratories, diagnostic centers, clinics, or institutional healthcare accounts is an advantage.
Background or exposure in laboratory operations, diagnostic testing, core clinical laboratory workflows, or healthcare account management is an advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Results-oriented, proactive, customer-focused, and highly motivated to achieve sales targets.
Able to work independently, manage territory coverage, and perform fieldwork with minimal supervision.
Willing to travel and conduct regular client visits within Capiz and Aklan.
With professional work attitude, accountability, integrity, and strong commitment to customer service.
Allied healthcare graduate with actual medical sales experience.
Has handled hospitals, laboratories, diagnostic centers, or healthcare institutional accounts.
Has exposure to in-vitro diagnostics, core clinical laboratory products, laboratory equipment, medical devices, or related healthcare solutions.
Knowledgeable in territory management, account development, client retention, and business growth.
Comfortable conducting fieldwork, product presentations, client visits, and sales negotiations.
